Gene Templeton

Gene Templeton is the founder and principal of twelve-twentyfour. He has two decades worth of experience as an architect, residential construction manager and real estate development program manager.

Gene worked as an architect in the New York office of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill as well the Bay Area firms of Michelle Kaufmann Designs and Turnbull, Griffin, Haesloop. He has managed dozens of new, remodel and estate construction projects with Moroso Construction in the San Francisco Bay Area and with Krekow Jennings in Seattle and the San Juan Islands. He has also worked closely with developers on prefabricated, multi-family housing projects throughout the Northwest. He is currently licensed as an architect in Oregon and Washington.

Gene earned his M.Arch from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Connecticut College. He has also studied at the Architectural Association in London, the Paris American Academy and the Karl Ruprecht Universitat in Heidelberg.

Gene lives in the Portland, OR metropolitan area with his family.
